Festival that merchants of Sindang Underground Shopping Center, artists-in-residence of Seoul Art Space Sindang, and citizens get along with one another. There were special exhibition which was created by 40 artists-in-residence of Seoul Art Space Sindang and merchants, workshop program which can experience the making process of each work, selling booth, stamp tour, and network party. 
It produced various cultural values by mixing common market place and arts.
